Monika and Edwin lead Duende Entertainment with a shared focus on creating events that feel smooth, intentional, and engaging.
With backgrounds in dance, music, and technical production, they bring a balanced approach that blends performance, coordination, and execution. Monika focuses on movement, timing, and planning, while Edwin manages the sound, energy, and technical side of each event.
Together, they ensure that every part of the experience is aligned, so the event not only looks good, but runs the way it should.

Monika’s passion for dance has taken her from New York City stages to international productions around the world. She began her professional career at 18 and has since performed and choreographed across theater, stage shows, and music videos, including touring globally as part of well-known dance productions.
At Duende, she oversees talent coordination and event planning, making sure every detail is aligned and every performance runs smoothly. Her background as a performer gives her a sharp sense of timing and flow, which carries through into every event.
She continues to perform and is available for private and group lessons for those looking to bring more energy and movement into their event.
Edwin J. Guerra
DJ | MC | Music Producer | Production Coordinator
Edwin, also known as Haviken Hayes, started DJing at 13 and was performing professionally by 16. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for reading a crowd, controlling energy, and keeping dance floors moving.
He was voted “Best Club DJ” by New Times of Broward and Palm Beach, and brings that same level of experience to every event. In addition to DJing, Edwin oversees the technical side of Duende Entertainment, handling sound, video, and lighting with a focus on precision and reliability.
The result is an event that not only sounds great, but runs the way it should, smooth, intentional, and fully dialed in.
